The UK Satellite of the Cochrane EPOC Group

The Cochrane Effective Practice and Organisation of Care (EPOC) Group is a collaborative review group of The Cochrane Collaboration, an international organisation that aims to help people who prepare, maintain and promote the accessibility of systematic reviews of healthcare interventions for publication in The Cochrane Library.

The Cochrane EPOC Satellite in the UK was established to assist evidence-based policy-making by supporting, promoting and helping to implement Cochrane systematic reviews of interventions designed to improve health care delivery and  health care systems.

Cochrane systematic reviews to improve health care delivery and health care systems

The scope of the Cochrane EPOC Group is to undertake systematic reviews of educational, behavioural, financial, organisational and regulatory interventions designed to improve health professional practice and the organisation of health care services, potentially spanning any clinical area.
